职位描述：
Responsibilities:
? Mainly focus on credit control management and debt collection
? Ensure timely collection of outstanding receivable to increase level of cash flow, issue statement of accounts to clients
? Follow up with client’s enquires and overdue invoices proactively and to resolve disputed billings and outstanding accounts
? Analyze credit performance and supervise the accounts receivable function
? Update settlement to credit control accounts and prepare relevant documents
? Close liaison between the customer and the sales team to ensure all relevant debts are managed smoothly
? Maintain accurate records of all chasing activities
? Work with insurance company closely to follow up insurance coverage for orders
? Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports regarding the progress of credit control
? Perform other ad hoc assignments as instructed by supervisor

Requirement:
? Bachelor degree of Accounting or Finance or Business Analysis
? 6-7 years’ experience with more than 4 years experiences on credit management
? Strong analysis ability
? Proficiency in MS office applications, especially Microsoft Excel. SAP user preferred.
? Efficient, responsible, well organized, self-motivated and willing to work under pressure
? Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
