As a Business Controller Trainee, you will lead our business with insight to secure that H&M Production is the best in the world in delivering irresistible and sustainable fashion to all

What will you do?

In this role, you will be kept busy and engaged through a wide range of tasks. Primarily you will need to:

? Provide analysis and insight that leads to action
? Be proactive, delivering analysis before questions are raised
? Set the right goals and be responsible for the business results
? Be courageous, dare to take risks
? Co-pilot with the business and your managers
? Be self-driven and take the initiative

Who will you work with?

In this role you will join a dynamic and energetic team based in Shanghai. You will work across Supply Chains and Country functions as part of your first 6-12 months before settling in as business controller for a specific area. You will interact regularly with Managers within Supply Chain as well as your colleagues based both locally and across the Globe.
