职位描述：
Responsibilities

1. Assist Head of Global Transaction Services China in day-to-day activities and facilitate the efficiency, order and harmony of Global Transaction Services office.
2. Serve as the point of contact in Global Transaction Services office of DBS China in liaising with Group senior management, External Clients and other staff;
3. Screen telephone calls, inquiries and requests, and handle them when appropriate.
4. Organize, plan and coordinate meetings and conference calls. Responsible for distribution of agenda and materials or collecting of pre-meeting information from attendees. Take minutes for meetings hosted by Head of Global Transaction Services China as well as to follow up and monitor the completion of tasks discussed in the meeting;
5. Provide high-level administrative support by producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations independently for Global Transaction Services office to deliver.
6. Handle confidential information which would have immediate negative impact on the company operations, performance, or value if shared beyond its intended audience.
7. Responsible for Global Transaction Services office expense control.
8. Maintain Head of Global Transaction Services China 's personal record (travel record, leave record, etc)
9. Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

1. Possess at least 2 years' relevant working experience; work experience in banking industry is preferred
2. Bachelor or above
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
4. Good command of written and spoken English.
5. Proficiency in MS Office applications
6. Logical thinking, independent working and problem-solving abilities
7. Teamwork spirit, Self-motivated, sensitive to details.
