Key responsibilities
- Assist in daily marketing work
- Manage internal communication and marketing reports
- Ensure basic design such as invitation, selling document...
- Handle relationship with local suppliers
- Database and marketing information management
- Assist in all marketing activities such as PR, event organization, press relationship, documentation development...
- Participate to consumer communication including website, social networks (such as Weibo), mailing, newsletter...
- Perform office support functions, filing, copying, word processing, translating...
- Perform other duties as assigned by Marketing Manager

Qualification
1. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and knowledge of Illustrator, Photoshop and In-Design
2. Excellent communication ability, spoken and written
3. Commitment to excellence and high standards
4. Native Mandarin speaker, fluent in English
5. Willing to learn and could work in team and under pressure.
