职位描述
Overview:
Conduct People management and development, project management supplier process management, process improvement, technical training, process documentation, and quality issue resolution with the objective of meeting department targets etc. (refer to detailed responsibilities below) with manager's instructions
Main Responsibilities
Planning and Budgeting
- Propose and recommend production department strategy;
- Develop and implement production operating budget and business plan;
- Allocate department budget to subordinates;
- Monitor and control the expense within budget plan;
- In order to meet corporate planning and budgeting requirement and support business development
Policies and Procedures
- Oversee the implementation of TE global released policies, procedures, systems;
- Monitor the development and implementation of localized policies and procedures;
- In order to provide working guidelines and direction for the production team members;
People Management & Developmen
- Allocate and balance the allocation of department work across direct reports;
- Review and provide timely performance feedback to direct reports and Mentor, develop and motivate them in order to reduce turnover rate and support subordinates to get high performance;
- Help resolve people/functional issues in the team in order to achieve targeted dept. performance and retain key talent;
- Set up training policy for programs and frequency in order to improve subordinates professional skills
Production management
- Monitor all workshop output variance, on time delivery, cost, safety, WIP, labor efficiency, product quality status, equipment status ,give the guideline of control policy, teach and drive subordinate to improve it, set up encouraging policy;
- Control the labor quantity according to the marketing variance in order to achieve the production target
Equipment Autonomous Maintenance and Tools Management
- Develop operators' ability through AM to determine if operating conditions become abnormal;
- Develop operators' ability through AM to preserve normal conditions;
- Ensure equipment operators carry out the day-today Preventive Maintenance activity;
- Establish production used tools management program;
- In order to making equipment more reliable, productive, and secure to operate
Continuous Imporvemen
- Drive & monitor to optimize the production process by applying new technologies & methodologies (6 sigma; lean; etc.) with the objective of meeting production target with the new and advanced methods,
EHS Management
- Introduce and implement 5S activity to improve quality, efficiency and safety;
- Supervise EHS related operational processes and activities;
- Supervise EHS training program for employees;
- Ensure employees wearing suitable PPE (Personal Protection Equipment) during the work;
- In order to comply with relevant national regulation and TE EHS standard and to create a safe and healthy working environment to ensure zero incident/accident and the health/well-being of our employees
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above, major in engineering, chemical and mechanics, management or Electronics is preferred. MBA is preferred
- About 5+ years' experience in process engineering, production or quality management in multinational electronics companies, 2+ years' experience on operation management.
- Be familiar with material management and EHS.
- Logistic knowledge of import/export will be preferred.
- Be familiar with ISO90001 and TS16949.
- Good English communication skill.
- Good interpersonal skills for both in external and internal communications
- Good team work
