Job Responsibilities:

1.Ensure the Self Service Banking network (ATM, CAM) meets world class service availability.
2.Partner BUs to understand their needs and their customers' needs to recommend solutions to improve existing operations or meet new business, operational or customer service needs.
3.Review and improve process to maintain efficiency and productivity balancing these with risks/controls and service quality.
4.Lead and manage operation team to ensure agreed business SLAs, Vendor SLAs, Staff Efficiency & Productivity targets are met.
5.Manage vendors to ensure optimal performance and improvement of existing processes.
6.Monitor vendor performance vs service contract and penalties.
7.Constantly monitor SSB performance, identify issues and analyse root casues(s) and take proactive actions with vendors to meet SLA.
8.Develop indicators (leading/lagging) to identify potential service issues and preventive measures.
9.Develop a cost effective strategy and approach for investigation and claims processing.
10.Review processes and identify areas for improvement and risk control.
11.Provide operational support to Bus for new initiatives.
12.Handle specific projects assigned.
13.Conform to internal corporate and external regulatory compliance and guidelines with support form legal and compliance department in China.

Job Requirements:
1.Strong leadership skills with sound, analytical and decision making abilities
2.At least 5 years management experience, excellent inter-personal and communication skills in dealing with all levels of staff and external parties
3.Strong people-relations and influencing skills
4.Operations research/quantitative or modeling background
5.Degree holder in Recognized University or above in Information Technology, banking, Business Administration or related subjects
6.Solid self-served machine management and project management experience gained in China
7.Good interpersonal and communication skills
8.Proficiency in English and Mandarin
9.Ability to achieve result through other business or support units/service providers/partners
10.Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines in dynamic environment independently
11.Acute in identifying opportunities and resolutions.
12.Result-oriented and strong execution skills.
