Personal Assistant/Executive Assistant - 某知名PE Firm


Responsibilities


- Assist the senior management team in drafting/preparing company correspondences/newsletters/presentation materials etc

- Provide translation services to expatriate of senior management team and investors

- Assist in the office administrative duties

- Support the China MD and the two Partners, the managing partner and the COO, of Hong Kong office, as required

- assist in other ad-hoc assignment such as investors due diligence or visits to China


Qualifications:


- Mature, independent and presentable

- Excellent English/ Chinese

- University Graduate or higher degree, major in language or translation

- Previous experiences in translation will be highly preferable
