This is an exciting entry level opportunity for a self-starter who wants to learn about the financial services industry or for someone that has 1-2 years of relevant work experience. Research Associates work to complete research and consultation requests for clients who are Institutional Investors, Consulting Companies and Major Business Corporations. The Research Associate will have the following primary duties:

? Research, identify, and recruit appropriate Industry Experts for customized client requests that are China focused.

? Qualify by screening and creating bio profiles of prospective industry experts for client review.
? 通过筛选和创建潜在行业专家的个人简历让行业专家符合客户审查。
? Work closely with the New York, London and Singapore offices to help fulfill the requests from global clients.
? 与位于纽约，伦敦，新加坡的办公室紧密联系，满足全球客户需求。
? Build and maintain relationships with Industry Experts in our Network of Advisors.

? Arrange phone consultations and meetings between Network Advisors and clients.

? Identify market trends in respective industry sectors in China.

Job Qualifications:
职位要求：
? Bachelor’s Degree required.
? 要求学士学位。
? Outgoing personality with the ability and willingness to make cold calls and speak with people at all professional levels to market the Network of Advisors to potential advisors.
? 性格外向活泼、有能力且愿意用电话联系各专业级别的人士，以向潜在的顾问推销顾问网络。
? Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
? 必须具有优秀的书面和口头交际能力。
? Proficient in the use of the internet for research and alternative forms of sourcing.

? Ability to work within tight deadlines and high organizational skills required.

? Demonstrated ability to work in a team atmosphere but also independently.

? Desire to learn about the business and to work in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.

? Must be fluent in English and Mandarin. Additional fluency in Korean or Japanese language will be an added advantage.
? 英文和普通话流利。韩语或日语流利者为佳。
