职位描述：
1)Responsible for assembly process development and optimization; failure analysis and continuous improvement of existing assembly processes.
负责组装工艺的研发及优化，对现有组装工艺进行错误数据分析并进行持续性改进。
2) Assembly cost calculation based an MTM or other professional methods and optimize the cost
在MTM或其他专业数据的基础上进行组装成本计算，并优化成本。

3) Close cooperation with external and internal engineers to develop and design assembly fixtures.
与公司外部及内部工程师紧密合作，开发设计组装装置等工具。
4) Analysis of customer complaints definition of corrective and preventive actions in cooperation with QA and production staff to find solutions to avoid it in future.
与质量部门及生产部门合作分析客户投诉并制定预防措施避免再次发生。
5) ) Develop process flow charts and work instructions and follow the process strictly.
开发制定工作流程表，工作指导书，并严格执行流程。
6) Participation in international relocation projects with responsibility for adaptation of given documentation to the needs of a Chinese production site.
负责国际重新分配在中国生产的项目的既有文件的改编。
7) Participation in product development projects with responsibility for industrialization of new products.
负责参与新产品研发项目的工业化。
8) Train production people.
培训一线员工。
9) Perform general tasks assigned by superiors

职位要求：
1)At least 3 years experience in process engineering; preferable with experience in the design of manual assembly lines.
至少3年工艺工程师工作经验，最好具有产线设计及手工组装生产线经验。
2) Good software skills in working with Microsoft Office, skills in working with Major CAD system appreciated.
精通办公室软件及CAD软件。
3)High level of experience in process designs (mainly manual assembly) and process improvement.
在工艺设计方面（尤其是手工组装）方面经验丰富，擅长相关工艺改善。
4) Comprehensive knowledge in Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing methods. A Six Sigma green belt certificate is appreciated.
有六西格玛相关知识，最好具有六西格玛绿带证书。
5) Working experience in an international company.
具有国际大公司工作经验
6.)Technical knowledge in the field of electro technical products preferably for electrical connections.
具有电气产品尤其是电子连接器产品领域的专业知识。
7) Good communication skills and experience in project management.。
具有良好的沟通技巧及项目管理经验。
8) Good software skill of ERP.
