Position
Senior Project Manager

Report to
Managing Director (China)

Job Duties
1 Responsible for Project logsitics, sales as well as operation.
a. Business development: identify and develop free-hand customers in project logistics, project cargo transportation, heavy-lift /Breakbulk in oil/gas/mining/cement/steel/ energy plants/machinery Industries.
b. Good command of project cargo transportation . Have good resources in upstream and downstream partners. Hands-on experience.
c. Initiating regular sales meeting or extensive travelling within designated region, set up sales target/plan. Self-discipline. Good Initiative.
d. Able to assist in road surveys / studies, transport supervision etc;


2 Management of Project & Key-Account
a. Account Management: Be the interface to customer during project implementation and execution as well as after-sales service of nominated and free-hand project shipments in long-term relationship development.
b. Project management: supervision and organization of projects coordination, engaging in logistics coordination with overseas colleagues
c. Monitoring SOP & KPI: tracking and monitoring documentation and achievement of objectives for projects shipments
d. Can constructively challenge internal departments in handling process & costs control for best solution to ensure profitable growth is achieved

3 Monthly Report to the Managing Director
a. Sales leads: customer exploration and sales target plan, marketing strategy  implementation, industrial project cargo collection and sourcing plan
b. Business information: customer list, project list, vendors list, other related lists.
c. KPI Monitoring: Logistics Key Performance Indicators (KPI) analysis & development
d. Analysis & Plan: analysis results, performance, accountability and continuous improvement for the project that've been carried out.


岗位要求 Capabilities
1 Ethical and Intergrity. Professional.
2 More than 7 years/ experience in international freight forwarding and NVOCC industry, which includes at least of 4 years specialized in Project industry. Bachelor degree. Maritime University would be preferred."
3 Depth knowledge in market rates of multipurpose / heavy lift / BB/ Barge/ conventional vessels is a must
4 Good relationships with Carrier, good resources in agents and project clients is a big advantage
5 Good knowledge of CIQ, customary terms and international commercial terms (Incoterms)。
6 Be visionary to foresee possible risks and avoid/minimise by managing risk control
7 Be aggressive to approach clients with customer-oriented spirit, work under pressure, fond of challenges.
8 Project management skill and ability to write up logistics solution proposal. Compile tendering documents indepently.
9 Must be dynamic, resourceful, team-work spirit with pleasing personality and strong negotiation skills
10 CET 6 , fluent in oral and written English and Chinese
11 Good command of MS office software application (Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc)

岗位职责
1 负责工程项目物流, 销售和操作兼顾。
1) 自揽货的开发：跟踪开发项油气领域、矿业项目、电厂项目、水泥厂、钢铁行业、机械设备进出口等等行业的客户。
2) 对工程项目物流非常了解。客户资源和合作伙伴资源丰富，具备丰富的项目执行经验。
3) 策划销售会议、制定销售目标计划、走访工程项目的客户，能适应出差。自律性好，主动性强。
4) 能够协助路面侦测报告，监督控制项目物流整个过程。

2 项目管理及大客户维护
1) 客户管理：跟踪维护来自海外或自己开发的项目客户，建立长期客户合作关系。
2) 工程项目管理：对指定或自揽的工程项目货物运输过程的监控、协调、组织。
3) SOP, KPI 管理：工程项目的后续操作、是否达标进行跟踪监管。
4) 发现操作、业务开发中的问题，能提供建设性的意见与方案，以确保利润最大化。

3 每周一报
1) 客户研发，销售计划制订，工程项目市场侦测计划、渠道拓展策略及实施。
2) 客户清单，项目总结表，供应商表单，其他相关表单。
3) 制订业绩指标KPI的分析与发展研究报告。
4) 对工程项目的进展做分析与规划，包括结果、信用、表现、发展方面。


岗位要求 Capabilities
1) 正直廉洁.专业敬业。
2) 7年以上国际货运和NVOCC行业经验，至少有4年工程项目物流实务经验。本科及海事大学毕业为先。
3) 必须了解多式联运、大件货、散杂货、常规集装箱运输。
4) 有客户资源、与各大船东有良好关系者优先。
5) 必须熟知国际贸易条款，海关、CIQ相关知识。
6) 对突发性/危险事件有预见能力，采取事先措施预防发生或减低风险。
7) 有客户进取心，以客户为导向，有抗压能力，勇于挑战。
8) 项目管理技能，能独立制作运输方案、投标书。
9) 积极向上，性格友好，具有团队精神，资源丰富，有很强的沟通技能。
