Responsibilities:
Responsible for the overall finance / accounting operations in Northeast Asia (China, Japan, Korea and Taiwan).
Responsibilities cover financial and reporting management, internal controls & SOX compliance, budgeting and forecasting, taxation and credit.
Manage and direct the finance team of Northeast Asia.
Support Asia Finance Director on ad-hoc projects and activities.
Requirements:
8 years' relevant experience of accounting standard and practices.
Knowledge of North East Asia and other relevant laws
Good knowledge of internal control requirement
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Good leadership and coaching skills
Work well under pressure and changing environment
Good command of both written and spoken English
Ability to progress in a rapidly growing environment, passion to learn and handle new challenges.
Able to function and work independently as well as a good team player.
