Job Description

1. prepare bank payable vouchers and input all vouchers in SUN System
2. Responsible for Bank transaction and make bank reconciliation statement.
3. Apply SAFE’s approval for overseas payment.
4. Issue RMB invoice for all offices in China and keep records.
5. Payment to Intercompany
6. SUN receipt voucher input
7. Inter-co send statement, confirm balances, prepare outstanding list with status, follow up dispute and overdue invoices
8. AMOS Invoice updating, Accruals - update actual, Update receipts, Debtors Reconciliation with SUN

Requirements

1, Majored in Accounting.

2, Good command of both spoken and wrriten English

3, Proficient in Excel / Word and PowerPoint.
