Report to: Financial Manager (Shanghai)
Primary Responsibility:
? Daily payment requirement check include (attachment mapping / tax/compliance/invoice cross check)
? Online payment instruction create
? Voucher entry in KIS system
? Bill reconcile with the supplier and prepare the first expense allocation
? Interco. AR/AP reconcile include issue the Performa invoice
? invoice match and documents settlement
? Offshore payment/receive settlement include coordinate with Bank and tax bureau
? Coordinate the payment / receive inquire from accountant executive team
? Bank reconciliation
? Monthly Tax declaration
? Support the Voucher/MP/SIM card/Camera requirement from accountant executive team
? Liaise with all government departments for the routine and regular works
? Communication with internal / external customer for provide the support from Finical department
? Filling
? Supporting FM for the month end closing for make sure the data's integrity and accuracy
? Supporting FM for the reporting requirement
? Supporting FM for the audit issue
? Supporting FM for the registration procedure for PWSHA (PWSHA only)
? Ad. Hoc

Requirements:
? Associate degree in accounting or finance
? 2+ Experience in accounting
? Strong Excel skills as well as related software (Word, PowerPoint)
? Good command in English
? Experience in ERP system would be a plus
? Mature and good communication skill
? Be familiar with IIT and social fund regulation
? Team work Spirit
