KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Monitor production processes to avoid mistake happened on our products.
• Conduct in line inspection at supplier to make sure standard same as ours.
• Conduct final inspection to avoid potential problems.
• Monitor the container loading or packaging methods if necessary
• Feedback to your team leader on your findings during inspection, which was based on your detailed work.
• Give advice to supplier on how to deal with the defects or potential problems.
• Always check with team leader or relate buying on any unclear issue.
• Prepare the inspection report and get supplier agreement on your findings.
• Take inspection photos for further traceability
• Send back inspection report within timeline.
• Always keep the report clear and clean for easy read.
• Assist team leader to fulfill the new tasks for improving supply base.
• Always comply with company policy and QC Manual.
• Once there is needed, also need involve into new sample development with buying team.(factory visit, sample checking, etc)

JOB REQUIRMENT

• Above College Diploma in any Engineering subject.
• At least 5 year inspection experience on Furniture side (Wood, Metal or Upholstered items)
• Familiar with furniture making processes, especially for upholstery, wood working process, painting, metal welding, powder coating, and know how to improve the process or technology.
• Previous employment in sizable EU buying office, third party or trading firm for EEC retail market is a definite asset.
• Good communication skill and problem solving skill;
• Be able to write and speak English
• Good computer knowledge in Microsoft software (Word, Excel) to finish QC report.
• Prefer that you are located in Tian Jing/ Beijing .
