Key responsibilities are:
? Develop new segments opportunities
o Identify , size and prioritize vertical segments in order to drive growth in PTX China business in BFSI and non-BFSI segments
o Current Business in BFSI – Responsible for executing demand gen plans to optimize current business across all territory in BFSI segments
o New Business – Responsible for marketing development activities to grow the new segments in non-BFSI
? Identify and prioritize new business segment in alignment with corporate and country strategies with business sizing of each segment
? Plan and execute consistently EU demand generation activities to generate leads in order to support territory managers in their new accounts acquisition
? Plan and execute Channel development activities to recruit new partners to support the new segments in each territory
? Demand generation
o Drive end-to-end demand generation for existing and new business in agreed segments
o Drive effective and efficient demand generation budget planning and spending
o Measure demand generation activities and DG$ against new, qualified and closed leads against ROI and new business contribution targets
? Drive Product marketing with WW marketing
o Essential marketing activities and Marcom messages in PTX China
o Ensure strong PTX product positioning in market
o Competitive marketing information availability
o Leadership, direction, communication and training of PTX team and partners in key segment focus and plans
? Collaborate with other members of team to drive success

Key Responsibilities / Ownership
? Business development and New Segment in Non-BFSI
o 6-monthly business sizing across all segment sizing with linkage to addressable BFSI and non-BFSI markets
o Identify new and viable segments and potential partners to develop and grow
o Quarterly new segment development targets in non-BFSI by territory – with collaboration of TAM
? Demand generation Budget and planning
o Quarterly demand generation budget and plans with monthly execution plan in collaboration with territory managers
o End-to-End ownership of Lead Generation – Management – Tracking Process
? Monthly and quarterly Business review and Updates

? Quarterly business performance & tracking analytics (together with Sales Operation)
o New segment success and business contribution targets
o New non-BFSI Accounts and new partners acquisition
o Demand Gen $ spending tracking and management
o Lead management tracking: Raw ? Qualified ? closed leads
o Product marketing and channel development
o Key improvements
o Key issues and help needed

Qualifications
? Diploma or University degree holder
? Strong strategic thinking ability with marketing or business development background
? Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills required, including ability to analyze multiple sources of data and recommend actions based on analysis

Key Experience
? Direct or channel sales experience in China IT industry.
? Experience in business development, product management or channel management
? Experience in driving demand generation or lead management planning and execution
? Know how to drive telemarketing and / or telesales
? Experience in internet marketing and social media marketing
? Accounting and Financial experience is an advantage
? 5-7 years in IT business

Skills, Knowledge and Attributes
? IT Industry - Excellent knowledge of China IT Printing business, key market segments and channel network
? Verticals - Knowledge of key segment / vertical with solution expertise is added advantage
? Strategic business and product management experience
? Business process – BD, demand generation processes, management and tracking
? Good financial management - reporting, process improvement and data analysis
? Positive attitude - creative mind-set to seek new solutions to existing challenges
? Compliance - Excellent track record of business and code of conduct compliance
? People - good inter-personal, communication skills and presentation skills
? Business leadership - strong collaboration, influencing and execution ability
? Adaptability - Able to adapt to new environment and new challenges
