工作描述：
1. 作为第一层技术支持，远程解决用户在应用程序、网络和IT系统平台方面的技术故障和问题
2. 记录用户在使用IT系统方面的意见和需求
3. 及时为亚太用户解决软件、硬件中出现的计算机故障并处理新的请求，支持对象包括基础平台，生产、零售、物流和仓储部门。
4. 同其他IT组合作，完成技术支持的升级和重大事件报告
5. 同用户保持紧密关系
6. 定期为经理提供支持报告以及绩效分析

应聘者要求：
1. 1-2年技术支持工作经验 ,出色的应届毕业生也可考虑
2. 熟悉网络、服务器及各类应用系统相关知识，并有基本的问题判断及解决能力
3. 中国国籍，良好的口头/书面英语;
4. 良好的服务意识，责任和团队的精神;
5. 具备“能做”的精神和自我挑战的意识
6. 良好的沟通技巧（集体和个人）
7. 运动爱好者

The I.S. Department Ltd. (ISD) began its operations in Asia in 1994. With a regional vision and strategy, ISD began expanding its standardized support model across Asia in early 2000. The I.S. Department now has nine wholly owned subsidiaries, and eighteen regional offices located in major cities across Asia.

The I.S. Department began expanding its operations across Asia as part of its strategy to reach and provide support for multi-national organizations on a regional, versus simply local, basis. Once a significant enough operation expansion was in place, the vision was extended by utilizing the regional support skills already in place as the technical foundation for its focused vertical expansion into other areas of support services.
