Job Description:

Greet and welcome guests upon arrival

Able to build up and maintain good relationships with customers

Keep the working station clean and tidy all the time

Keeping with the lounge policy and procedures

Manage the lounge service, maintain the highest possible service standard

Requirements:

Degree/Diploma in management or related disciplines

Excellent Chinese & English communication skills

Working experience in service industry is a plus

Highly-initiative, with excellent interpersonal and communications skills

Well-organized and flexible in the face of change independently
