职位描述：
岗位职责：
1.负责海运进口运输操作， 解决各种疑难问题，使货物及时、安全、顺利地运输；
2.负责具体承揽进口业务，接受客户询价、对外报价，订舱，报关，联系收货人，换单，核算费用等；
3.负责单证及文件的整理及归档等；
4.处理客户投诉、纠纷等；
5.上级交办的其他相关工作。

任职要求：
1.大专以上学历，国际航运、物流/货代、国际贸易、英语等相关专业；
2.流利的英文书写能力；
3.工作细致、严谨；
4.具有较强的计划与执行能力；
5.具有较强的工作热情和责任感；
6.能承受一定的工作压力，有责任心和较强的应变能力；
7.个性开朗，良好的沟通及协调能力，良好的团队合作精神。 举报 分享
