职位描述：
Responsibility 岗位职责：
  1. In charge of purchasing issues 负责采购相关事宜
  2. Assist GM in coordination of External Relations 协助总经理协调对外关系
  3. communication with suppliers to ensure the delivery on time 与供应商保持良好的沟通以确保所采购产品及交期的准时性
  4. Management and evaluation of the suppliers 对供应商进行有效的管理和评估
  5. Interpret and translate documents as needed 根据需要解释和翻译文档
  6. Handles sensitive information, reports and documents in a confidential manner 做好档案文件的整理、保密及归档工作

Work Tasks 工作任务：
  1. Issue purchaser order to supplier based on ERP demand 根据实际需求结合ERP下达采购订单
  2. Work with GM for forecast and information to suppliers 下达总经理提供的预测和信息给供应商
  3. Meeting with suppliers 接洽供应商
  4. Search and select new suppliers with GM 寻找和挑选新的供应商
  5. Help tooling department with tool purchase orders and payment issue 帮助模具部完成模具订单和请款单
  6. Help GM with open issues 帮助总经理处理未完成事项
  7. Assist suppliers to purchase parts and track status 实时追踪供应商交货情况，处理异常
  8. verify supplier invoices and fill out the payment requisition 对供应商的发票进行核对及填写付款申请单
  9. Other need to support and complete the work 其他需要支持和完成的工作
  10. Translate during meetings and when needed 做好会议期间及有需要时的翻译工作
  11. Be responsible for booking air ticket, hotels, general office supply, uniforms, etc. Responsible for daily admin office routine work. 负责酒店、机票、办公用品、工作服等日常办公室行政工作。

Requirement 任职资格：
  1. male or female, 25~35 years old 性别不限,25-35岁
  2. Tertiary and higher education 大专及以上学历
  3. More than 3 years experience 三年以上工作经验
  4. Good communication skill 良好的沟通能力
  5. Outstanding organizational ability 优秀的组织能力
  6. Team spirit 团队合作精神
  7. Proactive and high sense of responsibility 主动和高责任感
  8. Fluent in both oral & written English英语口语及读写流利
  9. Use ERP system excellent 熟练使用ERP系统
  10. Good MS Office skill 良好的MS Office的技能 举报 分享
