Position: Supply Chain Specialist
Key responsibility
1. Maintain ERP database including customer info, supplier info, article, price
2. Log orders in ERP System
3. Follow-up orders including u/p checking, currency exchange rate checking, order confirmation and delivery deviation report.
4. Arrange physical goods delivery on time and provide documents for customs declaration
5. Keep customers well received of shipping documents and noted on delivery status
6. Response to customer’s questions and requirements promptly
7. Support QC department on inspection plan of batch orders
8. Support sourcing department to import and export sample
9. Maintain good relationship with customer, supply and third parties of supply chain
10. Support sourcing department to classify commodity HS code
Requirement
University graduated in international trading;
5 years’ experience;
Fluent in oral and written English, skilled with MS Office;
Analytical, attention to details, commitment to excellence, team work spirit;
