Key Accountabilities :
Training:
? Coordinate a staff training programme based on organizational and employee needs.
? Obtain information on work-related external courses, prepare reports on their suitability and make recommendations on staff attendance at training courses..
? Prepare, administer and conduct training assessments.
? Arrange or conduct training courses, which may involve demonstrating equipment or operating video recorders.
Recruitment:
? Maintain up-to-date and accurate lists of jobs and vacancies within HK and South China offices to be able to identify staffing needs.
? Advertise all vacancies internally through in-house, the intranet and notice boards.
? Draft copy for external advertisements, decide appropriate media for external advertisements.
? Identify and maintain regular contact with external advertising and recruitment agencies to support the recruitment process.
? Carry out all administrative arrangements for those attending a selection process, including arranging tests and providing suitable arrangements for applicants with special needs.
? Obtain references and carry out required pre-employment checks to ensure that information given is verified.
? Coordinate arrangements for introducing new associates into the Company, including staff induction.
? Perform other duties as assigned by HR Manager.
Job Requirements :
Preferred Education & Qualifications
? Educational Level : High Diploma in Business Administration / Human Resources Management.
Expected Experiences
? Minimum 8 years working experience focusing on training and recruitment, preferable working at the multi-national , sourcing or trading company is an advantage.
? Solid experience in training / recruitment is preferable.
? Have good knowledge in PRC labour laws.
Other Requirements
? Language : Spoken Written
? Cantonese Fluent Intermediate Level
? English Fluent Intermediate Level
? Mandarin Fluent Intermediate Level
? Computer Skills : Words, Excel, Power-Point, E-mail system, Chinese Word Processing
