Job Description
i. Job Title: EHS
ii. Main Responsibilities:
Purpose - This position will be take charge of safety, health and environmental management for Dongguan & Shanghai plants.
l Maintain ISO14001 & OHSAS18001 system implementation.
l Update related procedures periodically, held internal and external audit.
l Provide support on solid waste treatment, include hazardous waste; special equipment management, e.g. forklift, elevator, pressure vessel etc.; medical exam management; monitoring of gas emission, air quality in workplace etc. Ensure comply with legal requirement
l Take charge of ROHS management system, support on questionnaire and audit from customer.
l Support on waste water treatment system, saving water, meet discharge standard.
l Provide EHS training, e.g. orientation EHS training, PPE training, chemical safety training, contractors safety training. And also external EHS related training. Improve the EHS awareness of employees.
l Responsible for chemicals management, prepare for and update MSDS, chemical safety label.
l Provide support on investigate accident and incident when happen, find the root cause and recommend corrective action.
l Responsible for customer audit on EHS issues.
l Tours plant to make EHS inspection, to identify and correct potential hazards, and to ensure the compliance with pertinent safety rule and regulations.
l Held EHS monthly meeting.
iii. Qualification & Experiences:
l university degree in environment or chemical or closely related field.
l Two or three years experience in occupational safety, industrial hygiene, or environmental experience, preferably in manufacturing.
l Familiarity with national and local raw and regulation.
l Able to use English as working language in written.
l Good at communication and team player.
