职位描述：
Job Description:
1. Timely submit BGH financial report, include all entities
2. Lead the performance analysis of actual vs budget, vs prior year, P&L, working capital, expense, capital spending etc,
3. Set up tracking system of plant finance team performance on forecast accuracy, reporting on time submit
4. Lead the analysis of profitable and unprofitable products to provide valuable information to management team for decision making
5. Support expense control and lead the analysis of actual expenditure and budget variances
6. Coordinate with finance team on reporting, system issues
7. Support to ensure the compliance with law and regulations requirements on financial reporting
8. Support Senior Finance Manager on forecast, profit plan and strategic plan activity.

Skills and qualifications required:
1. Bachelor Degree in Finance or Accounting. Graduate degree desirable
2. Over 2 years’ experience with a preference for someone who has had financial analysis experience. Candidate must have good communication skills to deal with other functional departments.
3. Candidate must possess strong written and reading skills and must be able to effectively work in a cross-functional team environment.
4. Familiar with ERP concepts and applications with operational or implementation experience. Must be proficient in MS Excel, Powerpoint and Word software. 举报 分享
