职责及要求：
1. 高分子材料专业，本科以上，性别不限
2. 熟悉各种材料特性及工艺，如塑料、透析纸、膜、粘接剂等
3. 了解或具有能力学习相关国际、国内技术标准
4. 具有材料对比分析能力，可以提出利于公司质量安全确保前提下的材料优化方案
5. 实施验证或过程确认
6. 具有良好的沟通能力，与材料供应商沟通
7. 材料出现问题的调查、处理及沟通
8. 了解医疗器械包装及灭菌要求优先
