The successful candidate will need to do the following:

1. Establish a network of contacts with high level executives of multinational companies through participation in business association activities, developing relationship with other business service professionals such as real estate agents for mutual referrals, and also using our firm's own extensive regional clientele base.

2. Pursue prospective clients by developing a trusting professional relationship with them through thoroughly understanding and communicating our firm's services and experience.

3. Assist in closing deals with clients through working closely with the architecture, design and engineering professionals of our firm, providing accurate perspectives on the decision making process within the client organisation.

The successful candidate should possess these qualities:

1. International & building industry experience
2. Integrity
3. An aggressive charm
4. A keen sense of team work
5. Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese
6. 2 - 4 years of marketing experience
