职位描述：
Job Responsibilities:

? Responsible for the daily management of ZhangJiaGang pre-media set-up from CSR/production/QC team to ensure its smooth operation and productivity.
? Work closely with Managing Director to ensure daily operation of the assigned key international accounts business run smoothly in ZhangJiaGang.
? Seek opportunities to expand new business (in existing accounts or new accounts) in China market.
? Establish and maintain good relationship with assigned key international customers in order to ensure services provided by SCHAWK is on time and with high quality.
? Supervise the other departments for service improvements to ensure achievement of best customer satisfaction levels.
? Develop appointed existing customer in Shenzhen to move the business forward
? Budget Control
? Responsible for handling instructive proposal to the MD with regards to account management development trend and opportunities.
? Communicate and seek buy-in/agreement with the Managing Director, Corporate HQ and/or peers on action plans and/or policies or procedures
? Communicate with the clients on corporate & departmental matter to ensure customers are aware of leadership initiatives and business activities

Job Requirements:

? at least 7 years' pre-press or printing operational experience
? Must have at least 2 years experience managing and leading a team and responsible for P& L
? Proactive, takes charge and able to seize opportunities to transform concepts and ideas into actions
? Customer focus, and possesses strong communication and interpersonal skills
? Effectively bilingual in Mandarin and English (spoken and written)
? Strong problem solving skills; analytical and result driven
? Effective time management and has the ability to drive to meet set deadlines 举报 分享
