DCR

DSM Coating Resins (DCR) is the largest Business Unit (BU) within the Business Group (BG) DSM Resins
in the performance materials cluster of DSM. DCR is a global player in the development, production and
sales of high quality resins for the coatings industry with a focus on using innovative, sustainable,
environmentally friendly technologies. DCR is headquartered in The Netherlands, employs around 1,300
people and operates from 15 locations across the world. Within DCR, the Powder, Can & Coil (PCC)
business segment represents

The Position
The Title: Lab Technician ,DCR Speciality Resins
 
Reporting To: Resource Manager

The Challenge
SHE compliance
– Understand and obey all the policies and rules about SHE& Security management in site strictly.
– Understand and be familiar with all related information and knowledge about SHE & Security management.
– Take part in training about SHE & Security management in site actively, in order to improve one’s awareness about SHE & Security management.
– Give improved advice to our superior about SHE & Security management actively.
– If find out any significant risk about SHE & Security management at work, should tell it to our superior immediately.
1. 100% time in lab to provide the technical support through the application tests
2. Provide formulas, formulated paints, coated panels and test results from lab
3. Liaise with R&D and provide the application support as requested
4. Well communicate with resource manager about project assignment and project progress
5. Frequently contact with industry managers for technical supporting
6. Assist the industry managers to Investigate, document and resolve customer’s technical issue timely

2. contact with IM, IS and AS for supports

1. WB wood coatings
2. Do as SHE and 5S



The Ideal
1. Bachelor degree, Major in any one of the following disciplines: Chemical Engineering, Polymer Engineering, Chemistry
2. 2 years working experience in chemical lab or coating lab
3. Certain understanding of English
4. Good working altitude
