职位描述：

1： 负责客户审核、内部审核、过程审核，NCR处理和持续改进，集团内部公司事务处理。

2：支持CQE完善质量计划，检测设备，进料、过程、终检检验规范的制定。

3：支持新产品，新项目及转移项目。

4：支持工艺部提供工艺过程和设备的能力和稳定性。

5：主导内部质量指标的持续改进。

6：对检验员、操作工及生产团队提供指导及质量程序和质量控制方法的培训。

1：有丰富的内、外审核，VDS6.3过程审核、VDA6.5产品审核的经验。

2：有协调团队解决质量问题的经验和能力。

3：熟悉五大工具（APQP, PPAP, MSA, SPC, FMEA）。

4：良好的沟通和时间管理能力。

5：熟练的英文读写能力及基本的听说能力。
