MAJOR FUNCTION 主要功能 :
完善、建立、分送所有与物料部有关或由物料部分发的相关文档。
Maintains, creates and routes all administrative paperwork related to or to be distributed by the Materials Department.
按照集团管理要求和政策完善货品记录和表格。
Maintains item records and forms as required by the corporate management and policies.
礼貌、有效地处理所有内、外部客人的投诉和要求,跟进处理,确保问题得到圆满解决。
Handles all guest and internal customer complaints and inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, following through to ensure problems are resolved satisfactorily.
与客人及同事保持良好的工作关系。
Maintains positive guest and colleague interactions with good working relationships.
确保遵守酒店、公司和当地法律法规中与财务档案保管、钱物处理及证照办理有关的规定,及时准确地报告财务信息。
Ensures that all hotel, company and local rules, policies and regulations relating to financial record keeping, money handling and licensing are adhered to, including the timely and accurate reporting of financial information.

Thorough understanding of the Materials control system
负责准确、及时地发货给各个部门。
Responsible for the accurate, timely issuing of items to respective departments.
确保对发放的所有货品都有正确记录。
Ensures proper documentation of all issued items. §确保发放给部门的所有物品都状态完好。
Ensures all items issued to departments are in good conditions.
确保依照“先进先出”的周转次序发放物品给使用部门。
Ensures the ‘First In First Out” procedure is being observed when issuing out items to user departments.
确保安全,保持包括物料部办公室、收货点及储存区在内的工作区域清洁有序。
Ensures the security and maintenance of a clean and organized receiving area, including the Materials Office, receiving dock, and store areas.
确保按照酒店的政策及流程进行每月的盘点。
Ensures monthly inventory counts are being carried out as per the Hotel policies and procedures.
确保所有货品储存在温度适合的指定区域及货架上。
Ensures all items are stored in the right temperature and designated sections/ racks.
确保发放给使用部门的物品在保质期内。
Ensures NO expired items are being issued to the user department.
向管事部经理汇报任何周转较慢、存货量多及将要过期的物品,以便采取必要的措施。
Reports to the Stewarding Manager for necessary action on excessive stocks of any slow moving items prior to the expiry date.
严格遵守酒店有关发放物品及货物的所有政策。
Strictly adheres to all policies with regard to the issuing of items/ goods in the Hotel.
确保库存的所有物品正确记录在库存物品盘存记录上。
Ensures all items in the store are accurately recorded in the store inventory.
确保从库房发放任何货品前已收到所有相关的批准文件。
Ensures all proper documents with approval are received prior to issuing out any items from the store.
与采购员密切合作,确保从供货商或承包商处收到的所有货品都能符合酒店的需求和规格。
Works closely with the Purchasing Clerk to ensure all items received from the suppliers or contractors meet the Hotel’s requirements and specifications.
