Roles:
? Provide quality brand consultancy to lead clients in the development of strategic plans and objectives.
? Responsible for overall account management in relations driving the implementation of marketing communication campaigns and achieve results.
? Have strong client relationships and ability to oversee a number of concurrent campaigns for different clients.
? Mentor and strengthen account team as strategic partners and leaders within the team.
? Lead new business pitches and farm existing clients, with limited input from managers.


Ideal Candidates:
? Possess a university degree preferably in marketing or business related disciplines.
? Minimum of 7 years’ experience in marketing communications in hospitality, luxury, lifestyle or fashion industry.
? Be able to develop sound strategic ideas and proposals, with a proven track record of building and retaining client business.
? Strong knowledge or experience in account management/coordination, buying, client/campaign strategy, and media planning.
? Excellent writing skills in English and Chinese, and presentation skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
? Demonstrate strong leadership and management skills, critical thinking and confidence
? Eager to use the role to expand company and individual horizons.
? Keen awareness of market, and opportunities for agency growth.
? China experience and market knowledge is a plus. 举报 分享
