工作职责:
? 根据公司战略发展需要,制定招聘计划,优化并选择招聘渠道,编制招聘预算
与集团人力资源团队共同负责奥美上海集团招聘工作;
? 与相关业务主管及招聘团队合作,促使招募信息的及时高效传递,确保用人部门的招募需求及甄选标准达成一致并确保人才胜任力的有效评估和企业文化的契合性;
? 能够在快节奏的工作环境中提供高效/高质的人才招募解决方案,制定招募策略,优化招聘效率和成本;
? 开展人才地图搜索并与人才招募团队一起构建/维护公司人才资源库,配合公司人才发展战略需要进行战略性的人才储备;
? 洞察行业人才招聘最新趋势,选择合适、有效的人才测评工具,赋能招聘团队整体的人才甄别、招募技巧;
? 保持行业敏感性,挖掘行业及竞争品牌的人才流动与业务情报,收集人才市场的容量/挑战/风险等信息,确保招聘战略、战术的有效执行,并为业务部门经理提供人才聘用建议;
? 拓展相关行业的猎头、人才资源服务供应商渠道,维护良好的合作关系;
招聘要求:
? 至少6年的独立招聘工作经验,4A广告公司、品牌营销咨询公司背景并熟悉营销传播行业中基本职位的需求及各职位的作业内容尤佳;
? 专家级的人才招聘全流程管理技巧包含但不限于:职位分析,人才访寻,胜任力评估,渠道管理,薪酬谈判,候选人关系管理等;
? 卓越的中英文口语和书面沟通技巧以及高效的团队合作能力,积极主动、抗压力强;
? 敏捷的数据整合分析以及人才招聘工作的效益诊断能力;
? 对广告传播行业有敏感性,具备一定的广告行业人才资源尤佳;

Job Description:
? Draw up recruitment plans, choose recruitment channels, develop, monitor and execute an annual budget according to the needs of the company’s strategic development;
? Working with hiring managers & recruiting team to ensure job requirements context and expectations are clearly understood & and candidates are assessed competency criteria against Ogilvy’s culture fit;
? Deliver high quality work in a high paced dynamic work environment consistently by managing time and efforts across hiring assignment: sourcing strategies, time schedule, hiring cost;
? Conduct talent mapping and keep a good accumulation into talent pool build up network in talent market for pipeline preparation, passionate to reactivate passive candidates;
? Stay informed of trends and innovative recruiting initiative and Techniques that enable Ogilvy Group recruiting team to be competitive in state of the art recruiting practices;
? Leverage strong labor market expertise & competitor intelligence to influence and educate hiring managers on talent market trends and availability, challenges and risks and make right hiring strategy and decisions;
? Develop and Maintain a good relationship with headhunters and HR vendors in related industries ;
Job Requirements
? At least six years of proven recruiting experience with a successful track record of hiring delivery & serving business units, relevant industry experience in 4A advertising agency, or brand marketing consultancy etc. will be a big plus;
? An expert level of knowledge in all full lifecycle recruiting process including, but not limited to: job analysis, direct sourcing, qualifying, networking, assessing, salary negotiation, relationship management etc.;
? Excellent communication skills with good command of English and Mandarin, teamwork, and client service skills; ability to clearly communicate in discussions and written documents, and to deliver regular updates and feedback clearly and tactfully;
? Ability to use recruitment data extensively to plan recruitment activities/initiatives, and identify and address roadblocks in the daily work;
? Sensitive to advertising industry, familiar with talents in advertising industry is nice to have;
