Job Responsibilities
Reporting to Human Resources Manager, the position holder is responsible for:
- Compensation and benefits related activities, including payroll processing, salary and benefits scheme development, employment relations management and HR system administration
Position Requirement
- Bachelor degree or above with a related major in Human Resources or Business Administration
- Good knowledge of HR regulations and can work as business partner
- Excellent analytical skills and a strong sense to figures
- Detail-oriented and hands on
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
- Fluent in English, good command of Excel and HR software
