Operational
营运方面
1．Ensures that all company minimum brand standards have been implemented.
全面落实公司员工餐厅的各项标准。
2．Dips food items in crumbs, flour, and batter to bread them.
根据不同的要求，给配菜裹面包屑，面粉和面糊。
3．Stirs and strains soups and sauces.
根据不同的要求，调制酱料。
4．Weighs and measures designated ingredients.
根据不同的要求，确定配料的量。
5．Stores foods in designated areas.

6．Cleans work areas, equipment and utensils, segregates and removes garbage
打扫工作间，仪器和餐具，隔离并及时转移垃圾。
7．Assists in quality control of items.
协助保证食品的质量。


Other Duties
其他职责
1．Ensures high standards of personal presentation and grooming.
保证高标准的个人仪表。
2．Reads the hotel's Employee Handbook and has an understanding of and adheres to the Company's rules and regulations and in particular, the policies and procedures relating to fire, hygiene, health and safety.
熟悉并严格遵守员工手册中的规章制度，及公司关于防火、卫生、健康和安全的制度。
3．Attends training sessions and meetings as and when required.
根据安排出席公司和部门的培训以提高技能和知识。
4．Carries out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.
严格执行额外的合理的任务和职责。　

Technical Skills and Experience
技能和经验
1．Holds diploma/certificate in Culinary training.
持有接受过厨务培训的证书
2．Good Hygiene Knowledge.
良好的厨房卫生知识
3. Basic Culinary skills.
基本的厨务技巧
4. One year work experience as Commis in a hotel or restaurant with good standards.
在高品质酒店中一年的厨工工作经验
5. Essential prerequisite is experience in the Hotel, Restaurant or Travel industry.
