Role Description

Position Title:Personal Assistant
Reports To:Senior Executive Assistant
 
Overview:
The Personal Assistant is responsible for providing admin and coordination support to Senior Executive Assistant on administration and various projects.
 
Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive secretarial and administrative duties on a timely , efficient and accurate manner
- Prepare correspondence, reports and materials for publications and presentations.
- Set up Chairman’s travel arrangements ,calendar, conferences
- Assist with driver to schedule for picking up chairman’ children or family stuff
- Any other task assigned by your supervisors.
 
 
Qualifications:
- At least one year Personal Assistant experience in MNC industries.
- Active working attitude, strong sense of responsibility and team spirit.
- Self-motivated and able to grasp new concepts quickly.
- Must maintain strict confidentiality of extremely sensitive data, records, files, conversations, etc.
- Willing and able to multi-task.
- Good communication skills in both English and Chinese
 
Education/Certifications:
- University graduate in hotel management or related subject
