职位描述：
Key Responsibilities
1.To consolidate the China QA Monthly Report and updated China QA Contact List.
2.To update and upload external documents of CNAS/CMA/UKAS to Sharepoint.
3.To assist on improving the related record to CNCA system, including-
-Upload 3C Application Documents;
-Record product certificate with different auditing program;
-Consolidate and report the data of accreditation and certificate;
-Consolidate and report the data of Intertek SH on all service sorts to CNCA and local CMA system.
4.To distribute the PT information of CNCA/CMA/CIQ to each BL and make the consolidation of those PT to CMA and CIQ by annual.
5.To assist on preparing the documents of AQSIQ application for each entity/branch.
6.To assist on purchasing the standard and checking update periodically.
7.To assist on evaluating the subcontractor qualification and update the record.
8.To be liaison with training organization on sending a notice of external training.
9.To consolidate and prepare to the requirement of 白名单.
10.To manage the quality chop application and distribution.
11.To manage borrowing and return on any certificate and QMS document maintained by CQA.
12.To share any information obtained from CNCA/CNAS/AQSIQ/CMA to the related BL.
13.To arrange any payment to accreditation party such as CNAS, UKAS, CNCA etc..
14.To assist on preparing CNAS/CMA application documents if necessary.
15.Some miscellaneous.

Requirement
-At least 1 year experience in Quality Assurance, experience in internal auditor of company’s operation and assistant to maintain QMS is preferable.
-Knowledge and experience on quality system as ISO/IEC 17025 to CNAS and CMA.
-Consolidation and Statistic working report on submitting to CNCA, CNAS, CMA, etc.;
-Routine to QA job under the QA Manager request.
-Good communication skill;
-Fluent in English reading, writing and speaking. 举报 分享
