Principle Responsibilities & Position Purpose:
职责目标：

Be responsible for the supervision and management of operation of all equipments and systems, make records of equipment service data, and test the temperature, humidity and so on. 
负责督导工程部各系统设备的操作运行及管理，记录各设备的运行数据，检测酒店各区域温度、湿度等。  

Essential Responsibilities:
基本职责：

Establish the operation plans for all systems and equipments according to Hotel’s requests;
根据酒店的运作要求，制定各系统设备的运行计划；
Appoint, supervise and manage staff on the proper operation of the system and equipments, ensure all systems and equipments function in a safe and normal way;
任命、督导、管理员工正确操作各系统设备，保证各系统设备安全、正常、有序地运行；
Accomplish tasks assigned by superiors;
完成上级领导布置的工作任务；
Coordinate with the relevant departments on the issues belonging to duties;
与相关部门就职责范围内的事宜进行协调；
Ensure the reasonable usage of energy and no waste;
确保能源的合理运用，杜绝能源的浪费；
Personal position responsibility system and safety responsibility system should be definitely carried out, supervise the staff and let them do as the standards operation procedures say, ensure the safety of staff and equipments.
贯彻执行岗位责任制、安全责任制，督促检查下属员工严格执行安全操作规程，确保设备及人员不发生安全事故。

具体工作 Specific Responsibilities

Make sure the maintenance work of heating, ventilation, air-conditioning and refrigeration system meet the standard operation procedures;
确保酒店的采暖、通风、空调和冷冻系统的维护保养工作符合工程操作标准；
Clean up all the winding cabinets, fan coils, refrigerators, freezers, cold storages, window-type air-conditioners and split-type air-conditioners, the coils of filters, evaporators and condensators;
按照现定的时间表，清洁全部风柜、盘管风机、冰箱、冷柜和冷库以及窗式或分体式空调及展示柜的过滤器、蒸发器盘管和冷凝器盘管；
Make sure the relevant working units function in a rapid, precise, economic and efficient way;
确保与其工种有关的工作单进行迅速、精确、精心、经济和有效率地工作；
Keep work area clean and tidy;
保持工作区域干净和整洁；
Help other staff to do the maintenance work;
帮助其他员工一起进行机器维修工作；
Keep records in the daily work log and device file card when all the maintenance work of air-conditioners and refrigerator system are done;
完成所有空调和冷冻设备的维修工作后，在工作日志和设备档案卡做好记录；
Report to Duty Engineer immediately when all the air-conditioning and refrigerators go wrong;
在所有空调和冷冻设备出现异常情况，立即汇报值班工程师；

Report to Duty Engineer, Assistant Chief Engineer and Chief Engineer when something wrong appears;
当遇到问题时，报告值班工程师、副总工程师和总工程师；
Work overtime or shift when needed;
当工作需要时，要加班或换班；
Do maintenance according to the standard operation procedures;
依照标准维护保养程序进行维护；
Carry out other tasks that Chief Engineer assigns.
执行总工程师指派的其它任务。

Emergency Response Team应急小组 

After receiving the emergency cal, lead emergency force to tackle the situation.
接到紧急召唤后，带领应急小组去处理情况。

General Responsibilities一般职责 

Inspect equipment maintenance and service condition;
检查设备维护情况和使用情况；
Timely report equipment failure and maintenance problems;
及时报告设备故障和维修缺陷问题；
Attend planned training;
参加计划好的培训；   
Staff actively participated in activities organized by the hotel;
积极参加酒店组织的员工活动；
In accordance with health and personal appearance standards as hotel designated;
遵照酒店的指定的卫生和个人仪容仪表的标准；
Accordance with established procedures, attend on time;
遵照既定的程序，准时出勤；
Do re-use and sales to reduce waste supplies and materials;
通过再利用和销售，减少浪费的供应品及材料；   
Recycle as much as possible;
尽可能的回收再利用；
According to environment/ energy conservation checklist to save water and energy;
依照环境/能源保护检查表来节约水和能源；
Keep environment clean and tidy;
保持干净的环境；
Actively participate in environmental protection activities;
积极参加关于环保的活动；
Standardize daily behaviors according to the guidelines.
按指导原则规范自己的日常工作和行为。

Specific Job Knowledge, Skill and Ability:
工作技能技巧要求:

Years of experience on refrigerator equipments operation, maintenance is required.
具备对操作、维修、保养设备和制冷设备多年的经验。
Years of experience on refrigerator equipments operation, maintenance is required.
受过空调和冷冻工程的职业培训。
Knowledge of strong electricity and machine.
