RESPONSIBILITIES:
o This person will play a functional role of demand planning and fulfillment with the following responsibilities:
o Act as a trusted technology adviser to support Greater China merchandise planning, allocation and fulfillment processes.
o Provide functional direction to ensure solutions align with and meet customers’ business requirements
o Enhance technology processes to align with Asia retail business model
o Manage issues and business inquiries in a growing environment
o Interact with Demand and Fulfillment business users to resolve issues and enhance existing system processes
o Assist the project team in successfully designing and implementing modifications to the application
o Develop unit test cases, knowledge transfer document (templates already exist)
o Provide post-implementation support
o Produce weekly status report and discuss defects in the defect review meetings with PMO and testing teams
o Assist the business teams with process improvement initiatives

REQUIREMENTS:
o University graduate in computing disciplines or equivalent working experience
o Knowledge of JDA Demand Planning and Fulfillment or equivalent demand planning tools
o Knowledge of SAP SD and SAP MM
o Knowledge of business processes in Supply Chain Management, including distribution center operations
o 3-5 years of experience playing functional role in major projects, at least 1 full cycle implementation, participated in multiple implementations through design, build, testing, and post-implementation support
o Good team player with creative thinking and problem solving skills
o Excellent verbal and written English and Chinese. This person should be comfortable reporting issues to project and brand leadership and be able to articulate issues and resolution steps to bigger audience.
