职位描述：
负责所有非中国大陆籍硕士，MBA在校学生的职业发展咨询、实习、就业服务，负责发展专门的外籍学生职业发展课程并管理进程。内容包括：
1. 负责非大陆籍在校学生职业发展企业资源渠道的开发和维护，包括企业拜访，撰写拜访记录，跟踪后续事宜，为SAIF大型活动邀请合作良好方，日常维护等。通过联系包括在香港、新加坡、纽约、欧洲等地区工作的校友，发展企业资源和校友资源开发；
2. 与各相关部门和同事合作，发展专门针对的非大陆籍学生职业发展课程，包括从职业发展导入课程开始，公司高层沙龙，职业选择讲座、简历撰写以及面试方面指导讲座、校友经验交流，职业导师，企业参观，模拟面试，networking技能培训等；
3. 负责每学期一轮的非大陆籍学生职业发展一对一咨询，和平时的drop-in counseling；
4. 负责向MBA/MF非大陆籍学生发布实习就业信息，向用人单位进行综合推荐；
5. 部门主管交代的其他工作。
岗位要求：
1. 硕士或MBA学位，8年以上工作经验，或金融行业6年以上工作经验，可独立组织开展职业发展活动；
2. 熟悉学生职业发展理论及实践优先；
3. 海外金融企业有资源优先；
4. 海外咨询行业优先；
5. 香港、新加坡著名商学院工作经验优先；
6. 必须具备良好的中英文沟通能力；
7. 具有良好的分析说服能力、人际沟通能力，具有高度的责任心。
