项目经理
职位描述：
1. 在高级项目经理的指导下，执行公司项目管理标准和资源整合;
2. 通过对研发团队资源的管理协作制定项目开发计划;
3. 制定项目进度计划表, 并根据客户需求控制项目时间研发阶段性节点;
4. 对软件，硬件，结构和系统等团队的研发进度进行监督, 对阶段性的研发成果定期进行审核以保证整个项目处于控制范围内;
5. 对项目/方案的风险, 问题管理, 工程质量进行必要的控制;
6. 对项目报告和项目活动进行必要的审核, 以确保项目目标的实现，并根据客户需要对项目管理方式方法进行改进;
7. 在高级项目经理的指导下，编制项目预算并控制项目成本;
8. 和管理层保持必要的沟通;每月定期对项目的进展和问题进行汇报;
9. 确定，计划和跟踪项目结点;
10.高级项目经理安排的其他任务。

要求:
1. 诚信，诚实，并具备良好的沟通技巧;
2. 学习能力强，良好的英语表达能力，熟练运用办公软件，如Microsoft Project, PPT等;
3. 能够成熟处理工作中产生的压力;
4. 自我激励，结果导向。

任职资格：
1. 本科以上学历, 学士学位，四年制学院或大学，有3-5年相关工作经验和/或培训;
2. 具备一定电子技术项目管理技能。
3. 熟悉电子设计开发，具备产品开发和项目整合经验;
4. 熟悉电子制造工艺及过程;
5. 有汽车工作背景者佳;
6. 较强的组织能力和沟通技巧;
7. 有离岸项目管理经验者优先;
8. 有PMP认证者优先;
9﹑负责产品项目整个APQP策划和SOS，PFD，PFMEA，CP，检验指导书等文件编制审核发布；
10﹑负责新产品阶段零件交付，质量风险及投资预算成本管理；
11﹑负责客户进行相关EWO工程更改的实施；
12﹑负责组织进行手工样件，OTS样件，小批试生产的试制管理，完成PPAP资料提交，客户PSW认可，完成SOP导入并组织进行完成项目量产宣言。
13、 熟练的英文沟通能力；
14、项目经理任职经历要3-5年；
15、熟悉汽车行业TS16949体系及APQP流程；
16、熟悉汽车行业TS16949体系及APQP流程；
17、汽车行业五大手册（APQP、PPAP、CP、FMEA、MSA、SPC）文档管理等。



Project manager:
Responsibility:
1. Responsible for charter execution and resource loading under the coach of Senior Program Manager;
2. Responsible for project plan development through project team collaboration;
3. Responsible for project schedule creation and control of baseline timing;
4. Responsible for milestone delivery of key functional electronic groups such as but not limited to software, hardware, mechanical, and systems;
5. Responsible for control of project/program level risks, issue management, and project quality;
6. Reviews reports and records activities to ensure progress is being accomplished toward specified program objectives and modifies or changes methodology as required;
7. Create the project budget and control project costs under the coach of Senior Program Manager;
8. Keeps communicating with manager and do the monthly report for project status and issues;
9. Identify, plan, and track program milestones;
10. Other tasks assigned by Senior Program Manager.

Requirements:
1. Good integrity, honest and good communication skill;
2. Quick learning, good English ability and Microsoft office skill like Microsoft Project, Power Point, etc;
3. Can work in high pressure;
4. Self-motivated, result oriented.

Education and Skill Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university; with 3-5years related experience and/or training;
2. Have technical electronic Program Management skill set;
3. Experience with electronic design, product development and assembly;
4. Familiar with Electronics Manufacturing;
5. Previous experience in automotive a plus;
6. Strong organization and communication skills;
7. Experience with off shore Program Management preferred;
8. PMP certification a plus;
9. Responsible for the whole project plan(APQP) and writing/check/announce SOS, PFD, PFMEA, CP and inspection instruction;
10. Responsible for the delivery of new parts development, risk of quality and the budget of the investment, cost management;
11. Responsible for implemented the project regarding to EWO;
12. Responsible for the hand-made sample, OTS sample; pilot run production; PPAP completing and documents submittal, PSW approval,
SOP import and organize the production declaration;
13. Good English communication skill;
14. With 3-5years related experience of project manager;
15. Be familiar with TS16949 system and APQP process;
