职位描述：
Job Function工作职责
1. Responsible for product feasibility study and product costing.
负责产品可行性分析以及产品成本核算。
2. Responsible for Advanced Product Quality Plan.
负责产品前期质量策划。
3. Responsible for Process / Product monitoring and measurement in sample stage and review product costing.
在样品试生产阶段，负责工艺/产品的质量监测与测量；并评估产品成本。
4. Responsible for documentation of production process and process improvement.
负责生产工艺文件制订和工艺改进。
5. Responsible for engineering change.
负责工程更改。
6. Responsible for the design of production fixture and its improvement.
负责生产工装夹具具的设计和改进。
7. Prepare Production Part Approval Procedure Documentation in line with TS16949.
按照TS16949要求准备生产件批准程序的相关质量文件。
8. Participate regular MRB meeting as engineering representative and discuss customer compliant and production quality issues.
作为工程代表参加定期的MRB会议，讨论处理客户投诉和生产制程中的质量问题。
9. Responsible for improvement actions according to Engineering Manager’s instruction.
在工程部经理的指导下完成改进措施。
10. Provide necessary training to other department on stamping process.
给予其他部门有关冲压工艺的必要培训。
11. Support process audit at supplier side.
支持关于供应商的制程审核。

Qualification and Requirement任职资格
1. University education in mechanical engineering, material engineering or any other engineering specialty.
机械工程，材料工程或者其他相关工科大学本科毕业。
2. At least 3 working experiences in progressive stamping process planning.
至少三年连续冲压生产工艺制订的相关工作经验。
3. Working experience in high speed stamping, multi-slide and mould design will be preferred.
有高速冲压、多次折弯的相关工作经验和模具设计的工作经验者优先考虑。
4. Command of PPAP requirements of automotive industry.
掌握汽车行业PPAP 的要求。
5. Strong knowledge and application of TS16949 APQP requirement.
对TS16949 APQP有较强的知识和应用能力。
6. Fluency both in English and Chinese language.
