Duties:

® Responsible management of customer projects within the factory and supervision of all project aims (cost, schedule, quality)

® Setting the target costs (quotation calculation) / budgeting and project scheduling in coordination with the operating departments

® Single point of contact for the customer

® Creation of time schedules for customer

® Creation of the list of open issues (LOI)

® Ensuring the execution of the project in accordance with the applicable process description

® Conduct regular project team meetings

® Preparation and participation in project reviews

® Change management including calculation, quoting and negotiation with the customer. Ensuring the order is received and the engineering change requests is started in the organization

® Organizing and conducting approvals in accordance with the applicable process description

Requirements:

® Completed technical degree or equivalent qualification

® Several years of experience in project management in plant engineering and special purpose machinery manufacture (nice to have)

® Experienced handling of MS Office and MS Project software

® Buisness fluent Englisch speaking and writing

® Good relations with customers and suppliers

® Basic knowledge of project management tools and their use

® Communication skills: Ability to coordination,outgoing personality, persuasiveness, assertiveness, , target-oriented communication, bargaining strength and negotiating skills

® Willingness to travel
