Logistics Specialist
Responsibilities:
? Responsible for all cargo import and export declaration in Shanghai entity and solve the issue during the import and export process;
? Work with freight forwarder, warehouse and Inside sales team ensure the shipment delivery timely and cost effectively;
? Prepare the related shipping document per customs request to ensure shipment import and export timely and accurately;
? Apply import and export license, permit as requested;
? Update the shipment status to related party <warehouse, inside sales, buyer/planner etc.> timely;
? Evaluate the agent performance and ensure the service meet our requirement;
? Collect and check the broker agent bill for each transaction;
? File the import and export document timely and properly;
? Reconcile the custom transactions with Accounting/Finance as needed;
? Work with project team to develop the proper logistics process on business model and new supply chain;
? Keep internal function team updated the China customs/CIQ regulation..

Requirements:
? Degree holder in international trade/Logistics;
? Over 5 years in customs/CIQ, familiar with Shanghai main gateway customs/CIQ regulation and process, experience in WGQ FTZ import/export process, regulation or other customs supervision zone is plus.
? Solid experience in general trade declaration and know well the classification, rule of country of origin, inco-terms etc.
? Good interpersonal skill and communication skill;
? Strong sense on integrity and ethical compliance;
? Good Excell capability;
? Good command of written and oral English;
? Customs license holder
