职位描述：
Responsibilities:
1. Identify target customers and provide customer insights by interviews, surveys, focus groups and customer observation;
2. Plan product value proposition in conjunction with the Global product and China sales/marketing teams;
3. Coordinate new product opportunity and actively manage the competitive technical solution leading to profitable growth;
4. Report technical sales/pursuit status to the China sale/business and engineering leadership;
5. Exercise creative thinking and ideation to advance our business performance;
6. Drive innovative, competitive, integrated solutions to meet customer's business needs;
7. Build a deep knowledge of our market, customers and competitors and guide product roadmap/strategy;
8. Use marketing as a channel to test and validate feature/product ideas before engineering resources are committed to develop the product;
9. Communicate a market position that is differentiated, clear, defensible including pricing, messaging, packaging, promotion and selling of products;
10.Together with the Product/Marketing team, educate both internal and external stakeholders on our product features and their benefits;
11.Arm sales (direct and channel) with the knowledge and tools they need to be successful;
12.Create content (e.g. sales documentation, product videos, website copy, blog posts, social, and other forums) to articulate the benefits of our products to the world;
13.Assist sales on calls when appropriate to provide deeper dives into the product;
14.Manage web improvement requirements and collaborate and front-end team for building and optimize company/product websites.

Requirements：
1. Bachelor degree or above or equivalent working experience;
2. Past experience in product marketing, and/or product management;
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills --- there is a heavy amount of writing and presenting/selling ideas in this role;
4. Prefer working in a collaborative, cross-team capacity. This role requires you to work across functions and departments to bring to life the product. (You are at the center of our entire organization, constantly interacting with teammates and prospects.)
5. Min. 3 years of working experience in a product management position.
6. Sales experience is of use but not a must.
7. Strategic thinking, clear target orientation, High team orientation.
