The Responsibilities
职责描述
General office administrative support including负责公司整体行政事务,包括:
- New Hire management according company process, including prepare laptop/Tel line /access card / account / stationary … 完成新员工入职流程 包括电脑/电话/门卡/帐号/文具等准备工作
- Facility Management , include office daily walk through, coordinator with BOD and general vender, IT support as system tickets. 设施管理,包括办公室日常检查,供应商及物业沟通,IT设施维修跟进 等。
- Travel management , include invitation letter issue,corporate hotel booking and maintenance,差旅管理,包括出具邀请函,协议酒店预订及维护等
- Finance , include coding stamp by monthly 财务月度费用结算
- Company activities, including team meeting and events support 团队活动支持
- Reception Back up… 与前台互补
- Other tasks assigned by the Office Services Manager, such as assisting business continuity and records management etc. 其他上级经理交派事务

The Requirements
职位要求
- 3+ years’ experience of hands-on operations of business support functions within a client-focused professional services environment will be a plus 有活力和热情的,拥有三年及以上相关工作经验将优先考虑
- Customer service orientation; strong desire to deliver value-added support to external and internal clients 客户导向,强烈的客户服务意识
- Independently and Ability to create an environment of sound accountability by communicating a clear stance on key issues 勇于承担责任和独立解决问题能力
- Success in the implementation of Office Services processes, procedures and guidelines that drive efficiency and service excellence 有效执行行政事务和工作流程
- Proven strength in building positive working relationships with colleagues 团队合作和良好的工作态度,与同事保持积极的工作关系
- Proficiency in the use of technology (e.g., MS Office, Outlook) and English 熟悉办公软件操作(包括Word, Excel, PPT),可以看读英文材料,并具备一定的英文听说能力
- College+ degree preferred 拥有大专或及以上学历
