职位描述：
工作职责：
1. 参与前期新产品开发及新产品的质量相关事宜。准确理解、把握客户品质要求，与客户协商相关限度板；Participate in the preliminary development and quality of new project. Communicate with the customers about the quality request and color board
2. 对相关测试项目及测试方法的确定，使其完整准确地将客户标准转化成内部的《质量控制文件》；Confirm relevant standard and transform the customers’ SPEC into internal Quality Control Sheet.
3. 校对审核相关图面，规格和标准，使最终产品与图面及客户标准一致；Proofread the drawing ;SPEC & STD for projects, to let the final product consistent with the customers’ SPEC & STD.
4. 设计制作各种快速检验夹具和治具，使制程的各个环节得到行之有效地控制，达到客户的最终要求。Establish the gauge and fixture for test and make the good test method that can control every procedure quality
5. 协助项目工程师处理新产品生产中出现的品质问题，联络相关部门解决跟进Assist the project engineer contact relevant dept to solve and follow-up for the issues in production.
6. 对QC人员及生产人员进行新老产品质量的相关培训 train the relevant people for quality of all products
7. 分析品质控制状况，主导客户投诉处理、参与质量事故的立案、分析，改善、追踪的验证;
Analyze the quality control and participate the analysis, leading customer complaint handing 、improvement and follow-up of quality issues.
8. 完成上级交接的其他事务。Accomplish other work given by superior.

任职资格：
教育背景/Education background:
◆专科以上学历，有相关品管系统理念；英语良好；College or above, with quality system concept and training; good English.
培训经历/Training history:
◆QC七大工具；QC seven tools
◆统计技术及运用；SPC
◆品质管理；quality management
◆测量仪器的使用及注意事项；use & attention for measure instrument
经 验/Experience:
◆5年以上QE相关工作经验，化妆品行业优先;Above 5 year work experience for QE，Cosmetics industry is preferred.
技能技巧/Skills:
◆能熟练使用SPC，QC七大手法，分析解决各种质量问题；Familiar with SPC,QC seven gimmick to analyses and solve quality problem.
◆熟悉客诉流程，熟练使用8D报告，与客户建立良好的关系;Familiar with customer complaint process and 8D report, establish good relationship with customers
◆有良好的人际沟通、组织协调能力；Good ability of communication, organization with other people.
◆熟悉办公软件及检验设备；Familiar with office software and test device.
◆能用2D;3D绘图软件绘制简单的快速检验治具；Can design simple quick check fixture for quality with 2D & 3D software
◆独立分析及工作的能力；Ability to analyzing and work by self
◆熟悉ISO程序文件，特别是开发和生产流程、客诉处理流程、不合格品管理程序；Familiar with ISO program document, especially the development and production process, customer complaint handing procedure, nonconforming management procedure.
◆熟悉随机抽样计划，熟知各大高端化妆品品牌客户端的质量水平；Familiar with random sampling plan, known as the high-end cosmetics brand quality level for the client.
   ◆熟悉国内外各大高端化妆品品牌客户端测试要求及方法；Familiar with domestic and foreign high-end cosmetics brand client requirements and test methods。
   ◆熟练使用卡尺、投影仪等基本检测工具。Familiar with the basic detection tools such as caliper, projector.
   ◆熟悉化妆品包装行业所涉及的各类加工工艺，常见缺陷、问题的根本原因，及改善措施。（包括产品结构、模具结构、注塑工艺、烫金、热转印、移印、丝印、喷油、电镀、超声波焊接、装配等）。Familiar with cosmetics packaging industry involved in all kinds of processing technology, the root cause of the common defects and problems, and improving measures.(including product structure, tooling structure and injection molding process, hot stamping, hot stamping, pad printing, silk screen, fuel injection, electroplating, ultrasonic welding, assembling, etc.)
