职位描述：

Overall responsibility

· Manage assigned customers to sell SI antioxidant products

· Work with R&D center and sales team to identify and develop new AO pack

· Supports customers through specialized technical knowledge/product applications. Liaise with internal respective expertise if necessary

· Research and obtain resolution of a variety of customer complaints and issues

· Focuses on sales targets, new business development, maintaining customer relationships and troubleshooting specific customer problems.

· Prepare sales presentations, contracts and proposals subject to review by supervisor; Collect and provide clear market information to the management, Keep management updated by timely reports

· Participates in special projects such as major promotions, new product launches, and new marketing initiatives

· Ensures that sales proceeds are collected within credit period and follows up on outstanding accounts

· Develop and manage external sales representatives or distributors

Qualification / Experience

· Good understanding and relationship in the plastic industry in China,

· At least 10 years sales experience in polymer industry

· College degree in polymer, chemistry, or material sciences;

· Good inter-personal and communication skills; team player

· Self-motivated, organized and task oriented;

· Capable of working independently with customers;

· Good knowledge or experience in formula design of plastics additives

· Good spoken and written English.

· Frequent business travel in China
