1、MAJOR TASKS, RESPONSIBILITIES：

1) Create specification: set up quality requirement /inspection point /testing method to ensure the product quality. 制定产品质量标准与检测方法；
2) 3rd party testing coordination: studying the testing standard, make sure the testing is proper for product; applying and tracking testing until get the report. 第三方测试：研究法规标准制定产品测试项目，确保产品符合标准；
3) Internal testing: study test method and implement to assess product risk. 内测：拟定产品检测方法，进行产品风险评估；
4) Technical consultant: reviewing and replying all the quality/technical questions/document, giving proper suggestion of the technical issue from client, factory, merchandiser. 提供技术咨询， 给客人，供应商及相关部门人员专业的建议；
5) Analyzing complains/quality issues; 品质问题/投诉处理
6) Product risk assessment. 产品风险评估；
7) Instructing Technician assistant help she/he grows up in technical team. 辅导团队成员；
8) Complete other tasks which TM assigned. 其他交办的事项

2、MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS ：

More than 5 years work experience in relevant fields. 至少5年以上相关工作经验-尤其是杂货产品
Familiar with EU standards and regulation on Furniture, Textile, Toy, Electric and chemical product is preferred.熟悉欧洲家具/消费品/电器/纺织等相关法规；
In depth knowledge in quality control of Furniture/ Consumer product/ Household product. 熟悉家具/日用消费品/家居用品的品质标准和要求
With quality assurance or engineering background. 有品质或工程工作背景
Bachelor Degree or above of 4 years full time engineering education. 理工科教育背景
Personal qualifications of Methodical, well-organized, efficient, persuasive, insightful, analytic, self-starter, conscientious, outgoing, problem-solver, Flexible are preferred. 做事积极主动；分析能力强，沟通能力强；组织协调能力强；良好的团队合作精神
Good skills of English and MS.
Good skills of Communication.

Travel is available.
CET 4 or equal.
