Job description：
- Collaborate with sales team /Commercial team to develop strategies to grow key accounts to contribute to RIS growth objectives.
- Manage RFQ (Request for quotation) from client and deliver a priced proposal.
- Collect sufficient specifications from client to produce proposal
- Coordinate the activities with Quality department, Sales department and Commercial department to develop product specifications that meet customer needs. Specifications include cost, price, function, dimensions, appearance, quality and reliability levels.
- Provide technical sales support and consultation to clients in order to develop business opportunities.
- Maintain and develop new or existing customers including: take-offs, project quotations, closing orders, preparation of submittals and resolving customer problems.
- Cultivate effective long-term relationships with Buyer and Key Customer personnel, at all levels of the client organization.
- Drive process improvements, pricing update in our system to produce accurate pricing proposal on the shortest timing
- Manage transfer of an ITO production to the Commercial department when client contract order has been received
- Maintain ITO data base
- Work to constantly improve fulfillment processes.

Position requirements:
- Bachelor degree and above. Mechanical related major
- More than 3 years’ experience in project management background.
- Excellent knowledge of C-parts market and prices
- Good English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-confidence, passion, initiative, and a commitment to teamwork and customer service.
