Objectives of the Position
? Overall control the level of block stock
? QM reporting
? Support on supplier audit
Main Tasks
? Analysis the block stock data, identify the gap and risk, proposed measures to line manager
? Lead the block stock review with planner, PO leader, PE and WHS, push the recycle solution giving, review the rework progress with operation
? Summary the progress to line manager for the stock review meeting with top management
? Find the improvement measure and lead the discussion and decision making on the handling process update
? Function of all the QM reporting (QM cost, block analysis, return and scrap), to provide accurate data and proposal to management team for decision making
? Participate supplier audit
? EHS responsibility: role of Employee Safety Representative (detailed see the procedure: EHS responsibility definition rule) and basic employee responsibility, see attached.
? Education: Bachelor degree or above in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering. Outstanding command of English (verbal and written).
? Working Experience: >3 years experience in quality management field or related, Chemistry industry or Auto-motive industry experience preferred
? Technical & Professional Knowledge: TS16949 internal auditor ,Familiar with the customer special requirement. Know the utilization of Microsoft Excel advanced function, Certificate of Quality Engineer( Junior)preferred and experience on using SAP are preferred
