职位描述：
1. Responsible for accounting booking guidance and reporting policy standardization in Asia business units and responsible for internal control process and DOA policy development and standardization across Asia;
2. Work with cross-functional team to analyse hit ratio to provide visibility of customer, product, pricing to assist future potential business, provide financial analysis and forecast to help identify both new business opportunity and potential risks to future business performance;
3. Develop continuous process simplification and improvement, both in terms of internal processing as well as business processes, eg: support workflow roll out within Asian sites.
4. Take ownership of monthly regional expense forecast, provide analysis and explanations on variance between the actual and forecast.
5. Supporting FP&A manager in the monthly financial reporting and annual/long range plan (3YP and 10YP) & budgeting process.
6. Support FP&A manager on budget control and cash flow monitoring, support monthly closing, consolidate the monthly regional financial reports and provide analysis and explanations on various between the actual, forecast and budget, ensure timely, accurate and complete results reporting.
7. Simplify, automate & enhance FP&A reports that meet business needs by conducting thorough needs assessment with business stakeholders.
8. Build MyJM page for the financial database, work closely with IT and MyJM teams to ensure the site effectively exploits hardware and software capabilities.

Recruitment:
? Bachelor degree qualifications and above – in Accounting or Finance.
? Proficient in ERP system, management reporting system (Hyperion, BI, etc) and Microsoft applications (Excel, PowerPoint and word);
? Fluent in both English and Mandarin;
? Strong in both analytical and communication skills;
? Prior working experience in the manufacturing industry is preferred.
